Plastic Trays and Inserts

Our most sought after product range for delicate products, designed to assist in product positioning. ltems such as giftware, confectionary and food products are given extra support and protection in custom-made packaging. Plastic thermoformed trays can be manufactured in a range of colours and materials. Inserts and trays are suitable for the RF welding industry.

Blister Packaging

Designed and tailor-made to fit your product perfectly. Plastic packaging sealed onto a coated printed card with a heat seal machine. The ideal solution for light-weight products for retail display, maximising product visibility. A high volume, low cost product. We offer an in-house heat-sealing and assembly service.

Slide-on Blister Packs

A packaging solution designed for easy customer inspection of your product. Two or more folded edges with a printed card inserted behind, allowing your product to stand out. ldeal for low to medium assembly runs. A solution which allows you to easily assemble your own product, ability to staple close - no heat-seal machinery needed.

Clam-shell Packs

Premium packages developed for all-round product presentation and security. Two plastic ‘clam-shells’ are hinged together with the ability to close, if required, with moulded locking buttons. For a more secure closure, packaging can be welded or stapled at the filling stage. A great option for larger products, with medium to high product runs.
